1. Our Commitment to Repair Services

At Weber Grills Outlet, we understand that your grill is an important part of your outdoor cooking experience. When something goes wrong, we want to help you get back to grilling as quickly as possible. Our Repair Policy outlines the options available to you for repairing your Weber grill.

We believe in standing behind the products we sell and providing support that extends beyond the initial purchase.

2. Warranty vs. Repair

Before seeking a repair, please check whether your issue is covered under our Warranty Policy. If your product is still within the warranty period and the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will handle the repair or replacement at no charge as outlined in our Warranty Policy.

If your product is no longer under warranty, or if the issue is not covered by warranty (such as damage from misuse or normal wear and tear), you may still arrange for repair services through us.

3. Repair Eligibility

To be eligible for repair services, your product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product was originally purchased from Weber Grills Outlet

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • The product has not been previously repaired or modified by unauthorized parties

  • The issue does not result from misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

We reserve the right to evaluate each repair request individually and determine whether repair is feasible.

4. How to Request a Repair

  • Your order number

  • The product name and model

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with repair instructions. Please do not send any items back to us without first obtaining repair authorization.

5. Repair Assessment and Quotation

Once we receive your product, our repair team will assess the issue and provide you with a repair assessment. For repairs not covered under warranty, we will provide a quotation for the repair cost.

You will have the option to:

  • Accept the repair quote: We will proceed with the repair and notify you when it is complete

  • Decline the repair quote: We will return your product to you at your expense

6. Repair Timeframe

We strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible. The typical repair timeframe is 5 to 10 business days from the date we receive your product.

Please note that repair times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the availability of replacement parts. We will keep you updated on the status of your repair throughout the process.

7. Repair Costs

For repairs not covered under warranty, you will be responsible for:

  • The cost of replacement parts

  • Labor costs for the repair

  • Return shipping costs

8. Replacement Parts

9. Repair Limitations

Please note the following limitations:

  • We cannot repair products that have been damaged beyond reasonable repair

  • We cannot repair products that have been modified or altered from their original condition
